Ok, so I'm a woodworker, not a photographer... this picture just doesn't do this block justice.
I made a number of these Cherry / Walnut brick pattern blocks (which my daughter coined as the "Zipper") in various sizes due to the great complimentary harmony between these woods.
The Bucciarati Sushi Serving block is the narrower for ease pf serving of the 4 sizes in this wood combination.
I think Bruno would have loved to have one of these in his Tuscan villa.

A gorgeous little board. This little guy took more labor (of love) than all but 1 block in the collection due to the multitude of small pieces. The woods are absolutely striking together. It would be equally at home as a serving board for fine cheeses as it would doing duty as a butcher block in the galley of a yacht or luxury RV.

Everybody's got a favorite. This one is mine. I love the size, the pattern on this scale, and the richness of the woods. The Ash takes on a rich honey colored tone that is striking against the deep darkness of the walnut.

Here again, I'm a woodworker... not a photographer. This block has the most unique grain pattern of the entire collection. The Walnut grain fades to a grayish-brown accentuated by waves of Cherry end-grain.

Absolutely Stunning. This maple has a straighter grain than the hard-maple, with just enough movement to accentuate the walnut grain movement. The light color just pops carrying through to the solid maple ends.

Similar to the block above, the pattern is reversed culminating in rich, dark walnut ends. Once again, equally as striking, the Maple just pops.

This is a block that has a slimmer profile (1" thickness) than the others. As such, while it's a wider block, it's got the shallower non-marring plastic feet which are half as high as the rubber feet. Same styling, just a little sleeker.

Smaller than the board above, it's a similar pattern using a smaller cube (about 1 5/16" instead of 1 3/4"). The color difference is evident in this block's bright Hard-Maple. Again, this is one of my favorite patterns.

Drat!
(Clearance / Seconds)
Equally as beautiful as the first Bucciarati Sushi Block, this one has a slight flaw in the glue-line that you can make out in this photo as a small bit of wax accumulated there. I use Titebond 3 glue in these, so it is a waterproof glue and likely won't create a structural issue, but there's no telling for sure.
So, with this one, as they say...you pays your money, you takes your chances...

Well this one I'm heartbroken about. I guess there must have been a bit of jointer snipe that I didn't see when gluing up. I do use Titebond III glue which is waterproof, so it's probably not likely to fail, however; I would be concerned about catching an edge of a blade. It's probably most suitable for a serving board.
This board is virtually the same as the previous Slim-Zipper and these have such a nice surface area, it's a shame to have such a flaw.

A timeless classic, solid end-grain cherry in brick pattern, its subtle coloration is accentuated by the random grain patterns. My daughter's favorite.

Perfect size. The hard maple is a bit subtler with a swirl (that's not quite curly Maple) that adds a rich quality to the board. My wife's favorite.

Checkerboard style (Though this one is 9 x 8 cubes). Classic and gorgeous. At 4 lbs. 5 oz. this is a burly butcher block!

This is the Mac-Daddy of this collection. Coming in at 6 pounds 3 ounces, it's a beefy block. The bordered checker is one of my favorites, and I make a few different versions similar to this style (with light an/or dark borders). The Ash is much warmer than the bright maple.
